Collectively, the Directors of Brighton Capital Partners have over 50 years experience in finance and operations across a broad range of industries including financial services, staffing and human resources, manufacturing, healthcare, technology, distribution and construction.

Christopher J. Dirksing, Managing Director of Brighton Capital Partners, LLC

Mr. Dirksing provides financial, operational and strategic vision and direction for Brighton Capital Partners' portfolio companies and clients. In these situations he has served in senior management and/or board roles with client companies in the healthcare, technology, financial services, and construction industries. He has extensive experience in financial strategy and operations effectiveness and is experienced in developing and implementing innovative methods for change.

Mr. Dirksing graduated cum laude with a B.S. in Finance from Butler University and graduated magna cum laude with an M.B.A. from the University of Notre Dame as a member of Beta Gamma Sigma.  Mr. Dirksing was named Ernst & Young Entrepreneur Of The Year® 2011 South Central Ohio & Kentucky Award Winner for his work in the finance industry.

Thomas P. Price, Managing Director of Brighton Capital Partners, LLC

Mr. Price provides financial, operational, and strategic vision and direction for Brighton Capital Partners' portfolio companies and clients. In these situations, he has worked closely with several CEOs and business owners in the healthcare, information technology, and manufacturing industries. In each engagement, he has taken a lead role in developing and implementing new strategies and operating systems that resulted in measurable improvements to shareholder value. Tom is also a former practicing attorney. He was a corporate lawyer for two of the Midwest’s leading law firms in Chicago and Cincinnati.

Mr. Price graduated with honors from Trinity College in Hartford, CT where he received a B.A. in History and was elected to Phi Beta Kappa. He also earned a J.D. degree from the University of Virginia School of Law where he served as an editor on the Virginia Law Review.
